Phoenix Claims Consultants is made up of insurance claims specialists and former loss adjusters Michael Walsh ACII Chartered Insurer, John O'Hanlon BSC (business management), and Martin Rafter AIQS ARICS AIPM.

We all have a broad spectrum of experience including in excess of 20 years in practice in the insurance industry handling all types of insurance claims working either as employees of insurance companies, or in a consulting capacity, both in Ireland and abroad.

We have recognized qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and other relevant professional bodies.

We are registered to undertake insurance mediation under the European Communities (Insurance Mediation) Regulations, 2005 certified by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority
